Sweet Potato and Orange Casserole
10 large sweet potatoes 2/3 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup butter 3 oranges 1 cup orange juice 1/2 cup strained honey 1/2 cup fine bread crumbs 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 Tbls butter Cook sweet potatoes in boiling salted water until almost tender; peel and slice. Arrange a layer in greased casserole.

1-15 ounce can pumpkin

1/2 tsp. Ginger
1/2 tsp. Cloves
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Baking Powder

Mix dry ingrediants together and add to the above mixture.
Beat with a mixer until combined. Pour into a jelly roll pan
That is greased and bake 25-30 minutes. Cool before frosting.

1 tsp. Vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar
